CEREMONIAL PROMOTION AND DIPLOMA AWARDING

Due to the current COVID19 pandemic and current measures, this year's ceremonial promotion and awarding of first and second cycle diplomas will be held for each faculty separately, respecting hygienic / epidemiological measures.

The Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar will hold its ceremonial promotion in Hall 105 at the Faculty on Saturday, February 13, 2021. at 12 o'clock.

Protocol during the promotion and awarding of diplomas:

- Graduates arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the start of the ceremonial promotion, and no later than 15 minutes before the start of the ceremonial promotion and then the faculty building must be locked.
- It is obligatory to wear a mask in compliance with other epidemiological and hygienic measures.
- Graduates take their togas and hats in Room 105 and take the place where their name is.

- After receiving the diploma, the graduate returns to his / her place.
- After the graduation ceremony and a short address by the dean, the graduates leave the building and can take photos in front of the building of the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
- Awards in the building cannot be attended by guests. Potential guests can wait in front of the college building.
- Toga and the hat are returned to Hall 105 no later than 15 minutes after the end of the promotion, and thus the protocol for awarding diplomas is completed.

We ask the graduates and their entourage not to stay too long in the circle of the faculty for traffic.
